We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential

Independent Contractor Agreement for Affiliate Program
- Introduction
This Independent Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered

market and promote Company’s products/services in a manner that
reflects favorably upon the Company.
3.2 Compliance: Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws and
regulations in the promotion of Company’s products/services.
3.3 Use of Company Materials: Affiliate may use Company-provided
marketing materials, including but not limited to banners, text links,
and promotional content, solely for the purpose of promoting
Company’s products/services. - Compensation
4.1 Commission: Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission for
each qualified sale made through Affiliate’s unique affiliate links. The
commission rate and payment terms will be outlined separately and
may be subject to change with notice.
4.2 Payment: Payments will be made on a [monthly/quarterly] basis,
provided that Affiliate’s earned commission exceeds a minimum

Affiliate shall cease using Company materials and return any

Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information provided by the Company and not to disclose or use such information
for any purpose other than the performance of this Agreement. - Governing Law
